TERMS OF SALE
Effective as of February 1, 2023

These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply to all products, including artwork, offered for sale by Windham Workshop LLC, D/B/A Mazy Path (“Mazy Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via the website located at https://www.mazypath.com/ (“Site”).  In addition, these Terms of Sale include and incorporate our Privacy Policy.

Customer Requirements
Mazy Path’s products are sold only to customers who are age 18 or older and who may purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. By placing an order with Mazy Path, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Specific Mazy Path products are sold exclusively to design industry professionals, such as interior designers and architects (“Trade Program Partners”). Should you wish to purchase as a Trade Program Partner, please email us at info@mazypath.com for a trade application. You will need to provide your name, the name and address of your firm, and a copy of your resale certificate. By submitting a trade application, you represent and warrant that you shall comply with all applicable laws in connection our trade program (including all laws governing the resale of Mazy Path products), and you agree that you will be solely liable for any violations of such laws.

Prices
All prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and may periodically change without notice. Mazy Path shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for items inadvertently listed at an incorrect price. Mazy Path reserves this right regardless of whether an order for such an item has been placed and payment has been charged.

Payment, Sales Tax and Customs
Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received. When required to do so by applicable tax laws, we will charge and collect taxes on our products.

Import fees, such as customs duties, may apply to products that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. These import fees may be levied by the destination country upon a shipment’s arrival in such country. Mazy Path has no control over such fees and is not responsible for informing you of any such fees or customs duties that may apply. You are solely responsible for determining the specific fees that will apply and for payment of all import fees as well as payment of any additional customs clearance charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because our products are made-on-demand, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be given. Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. This applies to our prints, our fabrics, and our wallpapers. We strongly recommend that you order samples of our fabric and/or wallpaper offerings in advance of making a purchase, and that you consult with a professional upholstery workroom and/or wallpaper hanger to ensure that you order quantities that accurately reflect your needs.

Order Shipping and Delivery
Our prints are shipped within 7-10 business days from the date that your order is processed. Our wallpaper is printed to order with a 5-7 week lead time from the date that your order is processed. Orders shipping to domestic locations will be sent via UPS Ground. Within the continental United States, UPS Ground shipping times range from 1-5 days. After you place an order, you will receive email that provides an estimated ship date. Once your order is in transit, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number.

All international orders are shipped via UPS.  

Once the carrier responsible for delivery has taken possession of your order, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused during transit or delivery, or for any third party shipping errors or omissions.
